Short Recipe Description
I love Fab products and whenever I use it I make some innovative recipe. This time I have come up with Masala Biscotti wherein I have used Fab premium Masala bread essence and the result is just awesome.

INGREDIENTS
Masala Biscotti 1 cup+ 2tbsp all purpose flour 50gms powdered sugar 1tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 1tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp crushed kasoori methi 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp crushed ajwain 1/4 tsp Fab premium Masala bread essence 1/3 cup milk 50ml oil 1/2 tsp vinegar |
METHOD
Seive together all the dry ingredients in a bowl and keep aside.
Mix together oil, milk and vinegar. Give a nice whisk and add fab masala bread essence.
Now add all the dry ingredients in and make a lumpy batter.
Take a tray lined with butter paper and pour the batter in tray.
The batter should not be too runny nor too thick. Give a proper shape to the batter.
Bake the batter in preheated oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes. Cool the Biscotti completely.
Now cut the Biscotti and again bake in preheated oven at 150 C for 15-20 minutes till it becomes crisp.
Cool the Biscotti and store in air tight container. Serve with tea or coffee.
Tips:
Use milk as per requirement.
During the first bake make sure that cracks are not formed on top.
