INGREDIENTS
For mango cake
Flour 120grm
Baking soda 1/2tsp
Baking powder 1tsp
Icing sugar 4tsp
Mithai maid 200grm
Fresh Mango puree 1 cup
Water 90 ml or else as per consistency
FAB MANGO ESSENCE 1/2 tsp
Amul butter 50 grm(melted)
For Rasmalai cake
Flour 120grm
Baking soda 1/2tsp
Baking powder 1tsp
Icing sugar 4tsp
Mithai maid 200grm
Water 90 ml or else as per consistency
Fab premium rasmalai 1/2 tsp
Amul butter 50 grm(melted)
Chopped almonds and pista
METHOD

Grease tea time cake tin then add greased baking sheet
Preheat oven to 170°
Melt the butter, keep aside
In a bowl take flour mixture, sugar, baking powder, baking soda. Mix well with whisk and sieve it. Mix condense milk, FAb mango essence, mango puree, melted butter and beat well.
And dry mixture to condensed milk with drinking water. Mix well using a whisk or electric beater.
The batter should be of dripping consistency.
Pour the batter into a greased tin. Tap it gently.
Bake it in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 min.
Check with knife /skewer into the center of the cake and if it comes out clean, it is done. Let cool it completely. When it cool demould it.
And cut it into slice.take slice then againt cut it with the help of cookie cutter in your desired shape.
Keep it aside.
