Short Recipe Description
I dedicate this receipe to both my mom and my Mother in law..as these are the two ppl who have always inspired me in my culinary field.Whatever I am is because of my mom who has always helped me n pushed me to pursue this field n my mother in law has always appreciated n helped me to try out new dishes..For this receipe I have tried to keep it simple with the possible ingredients available right now!!
FOR THE BASE
1 packet nutri choice digestive biscuits crushed
4 tbsp melted amul butter
2 tbsp roasted almond powder
1 1/2 tsp Icing Sugar
5 " loose bottom tart mould
VANILLA CUSTARD AND CREAM CHEESE FILLING
1/2 Cup milk + 1tbsp milk
2 tsp Brown polson Vanilla Custard Powder
2 tsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp Britannia Cream Cheese
1 tsp powder sugar
2 drops of Fab Oil Soluble Almond Flavour (just few drops are enough)
1/4 cup chopped grapes n mangoes
1/8 Cup pulpy homemade paneer
1/4 Cup whipped cream
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tbsp powder sugar
Few drops of green food color
Few slices of mango n sliced grapes for garnishing
☑Take a bowl and mix the crushed biscuits,melted butter ,almond pwd and sugar properly.Press the mixture on the sides and bottom of the tart mould very nicely.
Bake it for 15 mins in a preheated oven at 160C
☑Next take a pan, add the 1/2 cup milk n add the granulated sugar and bring to a boil.Meanwhile take the 1tbsp milk separately n mix the custard pwd nicely.Add this to the milk n cook for 5 mins till we get a thick consistency.keep aside to cool
Soften the cream cheese n add the powder sugar n mix.
☑Now we add the cream cheese mixture to the vanilla custard mixture followed by fab almond flavour and the chopped fruits.Mix well and keep refrigerated.Our French cream mixture is ready.
☑Now take a mixie jar n add the pulpy paneer,powder sugar n Vanilla Essence and give it a blitz.Now fold in the whipped cream lightly into the paneer mixture.Add the green food color n fill in a piping bag with a leaf nozzle.
After the tart has cooled down completely..slowly demould it and start assembling
Take the baked crumb crust n pour the vanilla custard n cream cheese filling.Decorate the tart with the french cream.Start making the leaves from the outer border of the tart till we reach more then half in the centre.Now decorate the centre with a mango rose n sliced grapes on the sides..
Set the tart in the fridge for 3-4 hrs before serving..
