Short Recipe Description
My mom's fav fruit Mango and I inherited the same and so do my kids now and probably the next generation too...❤ for mango never fades away.... this I dedicate to my mom and made mango kulfi stuffed inside the mango... how coooool is that for a hooooot summer

INGREDIENTS
Full fat milk 1ltr Milk powder 1/4cup Cardamom powder of 2 pods Condensed milk 1/4cup Fab mango essence 1/4tsp Kesar few strands Shredded almonds n pistachio optional Malai 2-3tbsp Ripe but firm mango 1-2 |
METHOD
Boil full fat milk n reduce it to half the quantity. Cool down completely. Mix milk powder, condensed milk, malai in a blender n pulse along with reduced milk. Pour in a freezer safe container n freeze for 2 hrs to set partially. In the meantime wash the mangoes well. Cut the top n keep it aside to use later. With a sharp serrated small knife run inside the mango along the edges of the seed n take out the seed keeping the mango n inside the pulp safe n keep them aside. After 2hrs pulse the half frozen kulfi again for 30s to a mnt. Add the mango essence, kesar, cardamom, almond pistachio chopped and u may add 2tbsp of cut mango pieces too in this stage.
Now place the seed removed mangoes in a glass n pour the kulfi inside n place the cut top part of the mango and freeze overnight.
Once fully set, take out from the freezer, peel the skin off and cut the mango kulfi slices and serve chilled
