INGREDIENTS
Digestive cookies :1 pck
Butter : 4tbsp
Mango : Large 2 ( its good to choose ones that are sweet rich, in colour, and aptly ripe)
Cream cheese: 1/4 cup
Whipped cream : 2 cups
Fab Mango flavour : 1/2 teaspoon
Fab Coconut flavour :1/2 teaspoon
Grated fresh coconut : 1/4th cup
Gelatin : 1+ 1tbsp
Icing sugar 1 tbsp
Mousse ring : 7"
METHOD

1: Churn the cookies in the grinder.
2. Place the mousse ring on a cake board.
3. Add the melted butter in the grinded cookies. Mix well and set inside the mousse ring. Refrigerate.
4. Finely chop the mangoes. keep aside a bowl and puree the rest.
5.Whip the cream.
6.Whip the creamcheese with 1 tbsp of icing sugar.
Soak 1tbsp gelatin in 3tbsp water.
7. Melt the soaked gelatin in double boiler.
8.Mix together the whipped cream, creamcheese,chopped mangoes,grated coconut and melted gelatin.
9.Add the Fab Mango flavour and Fab Coconut flavour.
9. Spread the cream mixture on the cookies crust. Refrigerate.
10. Soak the rest of the gelatin.
11.Cook the mango puree ( you may add some breakfast sugar if needed)
12. Melt the gelatin.Mix with the puree and pour over the set cheesecake.
13.Refrigerate for 4-5 hrs.
14. Indulge in the sweetness!!!
