INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon ghee
1/2cup mango puree
1 cup milk powder
3 tablespoon sugar
Fab Saffron essence
2 tablespoon milk (optional and add only is the mixture is to dry.)
METHOD

heat the ghee with mango pureee on low flame and slightly warm add milk powder, add milk to this mixture if it's too . add fab saffron essence , continue cooking on low flame when the mixture is all uniform add the sugar .when you mix the sugar the mixture will loosen up a bit and continue cooking on low flame until it leaves the sides . let the cool stay as it is for one hour . store in airtight container

Assembling

transfer in a parchment paper roll and cut into desired thickness
