This is a special cake made from fresh malai . Also this is a tea time cake.

INGREDIENTS
Malai - 1 cup Sugar - 1cup or little less Milk Powder - 1cup Maida - 1 cup + 1/2cup(little less) Milk - 1+1/2 cup Baking Powder - 1tsp Baking soda - 1/2tsp Fab Vanilla extract - 1tsp Tutti Frutti or nuts (optional) Lemon juice (Half) or 9-10 drops of lemon |
METHOD
1. In bowl add malai, milk powder and sugar and mix it using hand beater or wisker.
2. Then add 1 cup milk and mix it well
3. Now sieve and add maida, Baking powder and baking soda.
4. Mix it well using beater.
5. Now add remaining milk, fab vanilla extract and mix it with spatula.
6. Add lemon juice and mix.
7. Grease pan with ghee or butter and dust some maida or you can use baking paper.
8. Pour batter in a tin and tap it.
9. You can add Tutti Frutti or nuts on top or you can also add in cake batter.
Assembling
After cooling , take out from tin , cut it into pieces and ENJOY...!!!!!
Baker Tips/Notes
Baking in cooker
1.Take cooker and remove rubber and lid.
2.Put stand in cooker and cover it. Put gas on med-high flame for about 5min (preheat).
3. After 5min Put tin in a cooker and cover it. Bake a cake on lowest flame for about 1hour.
4. After 1hour take out the tin and let it completely cool down. Also cover a cake with cloth until its cool down.
