INGREDIENTS
1cup Maida 1/2cup condensed milk 1/2 cup full cream milk 1tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup oil or melted butter 1/2cup cold water 1/2tsp Fab Litchi essence |
METHOD
Wet Mix:
▪️In a bowl add cold water , oil and condenced milk,milk and fab litchi essence and give it a good mix slowly.
Dry Mix:
▪️In a seperate bowl seive maida along with baking powder and baking soda.
▪️Now add dry mix into wet mix and use cut and fold method by adding milk gradually.
▪️Grease the cake mould with butter and dust it with maida.
▪️Add the batter into the cake mould and tap it once so that batter is equally spreded in the mould.
▪️Preheat oven for 180 degrees for about 15mins.
▪️Bake it at 180°c for 30-35 mins.Use tooth pick to check if cake is baked property or not.
▪️Let the mould cool completely for 15-20 mins and then demould it .
