Short Recipe Description

This is a No Bake Mango Tart quick and easy for our sweet cravings😋
Dedicated to all the mango fans like me....😛

INGREDIENTS
For the tart crust or base ....
Marie biscuits 150 gm
Melted Butter 50 gm or little more as required.
Almonds 20 gm
For the filling
Whipped cream 100 ml (Rich non dairy)
Butter cream 5 tbsp (Butter and icing sugar)
Fab Alphonso Mango flavor 3 to 4 drops.
Topping
Mango slices chopped very thin to make rose on top of tart.
Glaze
Jam 1 tsp
Water 1/2tsp
METHOD

Crush the marie biscuits, almond and add melted butter and add in the tart moulds. U can change and make a big or small tarts as per your choice.
Refrigerate and let it chill for 20 mts or more.
Whip the rich cream to mild stiff peaks and add Fab Mango flavour and mix it.
Along with it add the butter cream and whip again.
Once its stiff peaks add the cream to tart and let it set over night.
Top with Mango slices and make a rose shape or just decorate with chopped mango chunks.
For the glaze
Mix the jam and water and spread on the mangoes so they dont go dark.
