INGREDIENTS
Ingredients - 1/2 cup finely chopped onions, 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage,
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot,
1tsp finely chopped garlic,
1tsp finely chopped ginger,
1tsp finely chopped green chillies,
1/4th cup finely chopped coriander, 1tbsp lemon juice, 2tsp cornflour dissolved in 1/4th cup water,
2tsp oil, salt to taste, 1/2tsp black pepper powder,
a slice of lemon, 3cups vegetable stock or water,
FAB mint essence.
METHOD

Method- Heat the oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic and chillies and sauté for few seconds. Add the onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage and carrot, sauté for few minutes. Add the vegetable stock or water, lemon juice, salt and pepper and lemon slice. Add the cornflour slurry. Mix well and boil for few minutes. Add the coriander and mix well. Serve the lemon and coriander soup and add 2drops of FAB Mint Essence in each bowl.
