Short Recipe Description
My first attempt on home made kulfi and I'm super happy tht it turned out good.
Thanks to my mom for the easy kulfi recipe unfortunately I can't share this with her as she is in delhi n I'm in Chennai. Hope this lockdown gets over and we get to see our loved ones soon..

INGREDIENTS
1 litre milk 1/2 cup sugar or little more as per taste. Saffron (optional) Cardamom powder a pinch Fab kulfi flavour Kulfi containers |
METHOD
Boil the milk till it is reduced to half. Keep stirring to avoid sticking on bottom of pan.
When the milk is reduced to half and colour changes a bit add sugar and mix well. Here u can add cardamom pinch and saffron to give the yellow colour. Mix and turn it off.
Once cool add few drops of Fab kulfi essence to get tht beautiful flavour. Mix it and fill it in the kulfi moulds.
Freeze it 6 hrs or overnight.
Enjoy kulfi with your family.
Assembling
Baker Tips/Notes
U can add pistachio or almonds to give extra flavour. Unfortunately I didn't had either of it😔
U can use any colour to give yellow colour effect or use saffron.
To serve the kulfi put the mould in water for 25 seconds and then unmould it.
