INGREDIENTS
All Purpose Flour - 1 ¾ cup
Sugar - ¾ cup
Milk Powder - ¾ cup
Unsalted soft butter - 113 gms
Baking Soda - 1tsp
Baking powder - 2tsp
Thick unsour curd - ½ cup
Milk - ½ cup
Water - ½ cup
Almonds chopped - few
Grated ginger - ¼ tsp
FAB Premium Oil Soluble Chai Masala Flavour - ½ tsp
FAB Premium Oil Soluble Kashmiri Saffron flavour - 20 drops
METHOD

- Preheat oven to 160 °C.
- Butter and flour an 8" bundt pan.
- Take milk, water and curd in a bowl and mix well.
- Take butter, sugar in a pan and beat until creamy.
- Sift together flour, milk powder, baking powder and soda.
- Keep aside.
- Add half the flour mix to the creamed butter, add all the milk and fold gently.
- Add the remaining flour and fold gently together with ginger and FAB Premium Oil Soluble Chai Masala Flavour and FAB Premium Oil Soluble Kashmiri Saffron Flavour.
- Pour the batter in the bundt pan and bake for 45 mins.
- Remove from oven and cool for 10 mins.
- Then remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
- Slice and Serve..
