INGREDIENTS
Ingredients of Rabdi
Milk - 1/2 litter
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk powder- 2 tbs
Apyura kesar Mastani _ 1 tsp

Ingredients of pancakes
Madia 1 cup
Banana 1
Milk 1 cup
Banking powder 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
METHOD

- Take full cream milk cook until it reduces. Add sugar and milk powder, boil until the milk becomes thick now put off flame let it cool down. Add apyura kesar Mastani . Rabdi is ready

- take milk and banana blend it in a blender. In bowl take all dry ingredients now add banana milk stir it gently .

Assembling

Take a plate and keep your 1st pancake, spread whipped cream on it now add 2nd layer of pancake and spread whipped cream on it now continue to make your pancake layers .
Now u can pour ur rabdi on the top of your pancake, garnish with rose petals, kesar and pistachios
