It's one of my favorite sweets and Fab orange essence takes it to a different level!!!

INGREDIENTS
For rasogolla:
Milk 1 lit
( I use homogenized toned milk )
Fresh Orange juice 1/2 cup
Fab orange essence 1/2 tsp
Orange food colour few drops
White Sugar balls 9/10 pieces

Water 5 cups
Sugar 2 cups
Fab orange essence 1tsp
Orange food colour few drops
METHOD

1. Heat the milk on medium flame and bring it to a boil. Stir occasionally so that no Malai forms.
2. Switch off the flame, and slowly add orange juice (better if tangy) to the milk and stir till milk cuddles.
3. Strain the cuddle through a Muslin cloth and hang it for 1hr.
4. Now take this freshly formed cottage cheese on a plate ,add Fab orange essence, orange food colour and start kneading (5to 7mins) till chena becomes smooth.
5. Divide the chena into 9 to 10 equal portions. Take one of them, place a sugar ball in the middle ( it makes rasogolla hollow and juicy😋) and make a smooth ball . Repeat this process with other portions. make 9 to 10 balls and keep them aside.
6. Now take a deep container, add water, sugar, fab orange essence, food colour and bring it to a boil.
7. When it's boiling add chena balls . Keep the flame in medium , cover it with a lid.
8. After 5mins open the lid and stir the rasogollas and again cover it and cook for 15 to 20 mins in medium flame.
9 . Switch of the flame and let it cool completely. Then keep the rasogollas or kamola bhog in fridge.
10. Serve cold kamolabhog with orange flavour sugar syrup and enjoy!!!
