INGREDIENTS
Flour 200 GM's Wheat+all purpose flour 100+100 GM's Shortening / butter 120 GM's Caster sugar 130 GM's Milk 40 ml B.s 2 g B.p 1 g Fab essences Salt a pinch Cashew pd 50 GM's Choco chips |
METHOD
Line a tray with butter paper or grease a baking tray
Cream butter/ shortening + sugar
Sieve dry ingredients including bp and bs
Add flour little by little
Add the Fab essences
And milk
Remove from mixer mix with hand till a ball forms
Rest it for 10/15 mts
Use bear cutter or any cutter of your choice
Brush milk or cream on the top to coat
Line them on a greased tray
Bake at 160 for 15 mts
All loved the combo
