Short Recipe Description

This cake is really special and close to me. I also made this for Fab flavour Tasting Table in cakeology 2019. That was the most memorable day for me and a big big opportunity for me . Forever Thankful.
Now this cake is also special as its my moms Favourite Tea Cake and all of us in the Family Love it too .
Its a perfect tropical tea cake and a yummy partner to our evening Tea.
I made my Mom taste this cake on our Holiday to Goa and she wasnt ready to share it with my cousins and aunts. So here is our My Mom and my Favourite Tea Cake Recipe . A sweet and lil sour super soft and delicious cake. Hope u like it
Used Fab Premium oil soluble Jackfruit essence.

INGREDIENTS
Maida - 190gns
Cornflour - 20gms
Baking powder - 1tsp
Butter- 175 gns
Cream cheese - 120 gms
Curd - 150gms
Castor sugar - 220gms
Jackfruit essence - 4 - 5 drops (if adding hunks use 2-3 drops)
Jackfruit chunks- 25 - 30 gms
METHOD

Seive Maida, baking powder and Cornflour.
Cream Butter and Cream cheese till soft , light and slightly fluffy.
Add sugar and continue to Beat.
Add Cyrd and Beat till Sugar dissolves and its a nice homogenous mixture.
Add Jackfruit essence and give a quick mix.
Add and Fold in the Seived Dry ingriends and mix well.
Add chopped jackfruit and mix well.
Transfer The batter in a greased tin and bake in a pre heated oven at 160°C for 40 - 45 mins or untill baked completely.
