INGREDIENTS
Non Dairy cream 18 oz Sweetened Condensed milk 1 can 390gm No Machine Fab flavours Strawberry Passionfruit Kiwi Alphonso Mango Cooking time half an hour. Fresh fruits. |
METHOD
Whip the cream to stiff peeks add the Sweetened Condensed milk and whip until well incorporated to stiff peeks.
At this point Gelato is ready.
Divide this into 4 portion
♤ First i have added crushed Kiwi 🥝 to the base mixture and 🥝Essence few drops and fresh Kiwi to topup.
♤ Second I have added crushed Strawberry �" to the based mixture with the strawberry Essence few drops and fresh Strawberrys to topup .
♤ Third I have added crushed Mango 🥭 to the base mixture with Alphonso Mango Essence few drops and fresh Mango to topup.
♤ Fourth i have added Passionfruit to the base mixture with Essence few drops and fresh Passionfruit to topup.
Chill it for 1 to 2 hours .
Serve Chilled.
