INGREDIENTS
For momos
1 cup maida
1/2tsp salt
water for kneading
Oil for greasing
For stuffing-
2 tbsp oil
3-4garlic clove finely chopped
1/2cup grated carrot
1cup grated cabbage
1/4cup grated paneer
1tsp soya sauce
1/2tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Feb pizza flavour
Salt to taste
For white creamy sauce -
1tbsp butter
1, tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1/2cup grated cheese
1/2cup diced zucchini
1/2cup corn
1/2cup chopped capsicum
1chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
2-3drops.feb pizza flavour
1tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
Salt to taste
METHOD

Firstly prepare momos dough-mix the maida salt and knead to a stiff dough with water grease oil .cover the dough and keep aside for 15-20 minute
stuffing-By heating oil in a pan add garlic saute for 1 minute to release the aroma of garlic now add chopped onion and saute on high flame now add carrot, cabbage and stir fry on high flame now add grated paneer,salt soya sauce pepper and pizza flavour mix well and saute for a minute turn off the flame
Further pinch a small ball sized dough and flatten now dust with some maida and start to roll using a rolling pin now place a 1spoon of prepared stuffing in the centre start pleating the edges slowly and gather everything press in middle and seal the momos forming a bundle.Heat a steamer and arrange the momos in the tray steam momos for 10-15 minutes
White creamy sauce-
Take all the mixed vegetable and salt in a pan and water.boil the vegetable tilll soft
Drain and keep aside
In a pan melt the butter add flour and stir fry for 1-2 minutes add milk and bring to boil add cheese, pizza flavour,oregano, chilli flakes and mix well let cook on low heat till the sauce thickens add boiled vegetables and mix well
Now arrange the momos in a serving dish pour the Creamy sauce over the momos and sprinkle some chilli flakes
Serve hot enjoy
