INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Salted Butter 1/2 Cup Powder Sugar 1 Cup Maida 4 TBSP Vanilla Customer Powder 1/2 TSP Baking Powder 1/4 TSP Baking Soda 1/4 Cup Tutti Frutti 2-3 TBSP Dry Fruit 2 TBSP Apyura Spread Kesar Mastani |
METHOD
1. In a large bowl take liquid form of butter & powder sugar & mix it nicely till it's fluffy.
2. Add Apyura Spread Kesar Mastani & again mix it.
3. In above mixture add all dry ingredients & mix it nicely. If you have taken unsalted butter then use pinch of salt.
4. All ingredients mix it properly.
5. Add Tutti Frutti & Dry Fruits.
6. If you fill dough is hard than add 2-3 TSP milk & make a soft dough.
7. Make cookies & give any shape as per your choice & 15 minutes keep in a freezer.
8. Preheat for 180° for 10 minutes.
9. Place the cookies on a tray & put some chopped dry fruits & tutti frutti for garnisging lined with butter paper & bake for 20 minutes.
10. Cool completely & store in an air tight container.
