INGREDIENTS
Oats _______1/4 cups Wheat flour_1/4 cups Salt_ _______as require Sugar ______1tsp Pepper powder __1/2 tsp Red chilli powder __1/2 tsp Mixed herb ________1/4tsp Cheese grated __1/4 th cup Caramalised fried onion __2tbsp FAB CARAMEL FLAVOUR Oil ______________4tsp Water as require to make hard dough. Coarsely grated oats & flour in a bowl, add all spices, salt, sugar . Fry onions in oil to brown. Add cheese , onion , oil and only little water to make a dough. You have to only gather not very smooth dough. Cling wrap and keep for 30 min. Roll very fine . You will see its breaking but then push from sides and cut in pieces . Prick. 1, Bake AT 180 DEGREE FOR 18_20 MIN ON BOTH SIDE 2, FRY IN MEDIUM HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN CARAMELISED ONION DIP onion fried __1/4 cup Veg mayo ___1tbsp Amul cream _ 2tbsp Mustard paste_1tsp Coriander __1/2 cup Green chilli _1 Pepper powder 1/2tsp Sugar _1tsp Salt as require In a grinder add all and churn to a saucy consistency. |
