INGREDIENTS
Pineapple slices - 3-4 rings
Pineapple juice - 2 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Coconut milk 1/2 cup
Coconut cream 1/4 cup
Full fat milk 1/2 cup
Fab coconut flavour
Fab rum flavour
Edible soil for decoration
All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Butter -1 tbsp
White chocolate - 50 gms
Coconut flakes -1 tbsp
Coconut flavour -a few drops
METHOD

Mix all ingredients except chocolate, bake on a parchment for approximately 15 mnts and 160 degrees . Once it cools down to room temperature mix with melted white chocolate.
Milk shake
In a mixer/ bullet crush a few pineapple rings (leaving aside one ring which is into cut into cubes ), coconut milk , coconut cream,full fat milk, honey and a few drops of rum essence
In a tall jar, add a tbsp of edible soil and pour in the milk shake till half the glass is full and put a spoonful of the edible soil with a few pieces of pineapple . Repeat the process to fill the glass. Serve ice cold !
