INGREDIENTS
1 cup Maida
1/2cup besan
1/2 cupPowdered sugar
1 tbsp gulkand ( I used homemade)
2 to 3 tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp fab paan essence
1/2 cup ghee ( I used home made ghee)
METHOD

In a bowl,
sieve all of the dry ingredients to avoid lumps.
Now add gulkand
Mix it well.
Now in a separate bowl, add ghee
Add sifted powdered sugar to it.
Mix it till it's a very soft, smooth, and fluffy batter
Now add fab paan essences and mix it.
Add milk and mix it.
Now add all your dry ingredients,
slowly, start kneeding the dough. But don't kneed it too much
Now cover the dough with a plastic wrap and store it in the fridge for atleast half an hour.
roll the dough with a rolling pin,
spread some rose petals on the top, and gently press it inside the dough
preheat your oven.
With the help of cookie cutter and cut the cookie dough with it.
bake it at 160 °C for 20 minutes. Happy baking
