Short Recipe Description

Beat the heat with this yummily delicious and healthy gulkand Kulfi. Rose petals gulkand and Apyura gulkand spread are just awesome choice to prepare this quick yet cooling dessert!!

INGREDIENTS
Full fat milk 1 ltr
Khadi sakar powdered 3 tsp
Apyura gulkand spread 1 tablespoon
Gulkand 1 tablespoon
Custard powder 1 .5 TSP
Fab rose essence - a few drops
METHOD

1. In a thick bottom pan , boil full fat milk on low to medium flame.
2. Add sugar once milk is almost half reduced
3. Make custard powder paste by adding a little milk and add it to the boiling milk , stirring continuously.
4. Once mixture thickens, remove from heat.
5. Add a few drops of Fab rose essence.
6. Add gulkand and Apyura gulkand spread and mix well.
7 Once cooled down, fill in kulfi moulds and set in deep freeze for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
