INGREDIENTS

250_ all purpose flour
3 tsp_ ghee
1 tsp_ salt
1 tsp_ ajwain
INGREDIENTS OF PIZZA SAUCE.
4_ tomatoes
1 tsp_ olive oil
1/2 tsp_ chopped garlic
1 _ chopped onion �...
Salt according to the taste
1 tsp_ red chilliy powder
3 tsp_ tomato juice
1 tsp_ mix herb
1 tsp_ red chilliy flakes
1/2 tsp_ vinegar
1/2 tsp_ sugar.
11/2_ drop Fab Mango pickle oil
INGREDIENTS OF STUFFING..
3 tsp_ chopped red bell pepper 🌶️
3 tsp_ chopped capsicum �'
3 tsp_ corn
1 _ chopped onion
1/2 tsp_ butter
Little bit of chopped garlic
Salt according to the taste
1/2 tsp_ Red chilliy flakes
1/2_ drop of Fab Mango pickle oil
INGREDIENTS OF CHEESEY SAUCE
1 tsp_ butter
1 tsp_ all purpose flour
1/2 tsp_ grated garlic
11/2_ cup milk
1/2 tsp_ salt
1/2 tsp_ black pepper
1/2 tsp_ mix herbs
3 tsp_ grated cheese
Little bit of Fab Mango pickle oil
METHOD

1. Mix the ghee with all purpose flour. Add salt and ajwain. Mix it nicely. It should be look like bread crumbs
2. Now add water as required and make a nice dough. Keep rest it for a while
3. Now take very small portion of the dough and roll it like small puri
4.Make sixteen puri in same size
5. Then take one of them and apply little bit ghee or oil. Dusting with little bit flour. Now put another one on it. Repeat this process four times.
6. Then press it lightly and roll it softly only middle part. Sides will be open.
METHOD OF SAUCE
1. Boiled the tomatoes. Remove the skin. When it will become little cool grind it nicely
2. Now heat the pan and oil. Then put the garlic. Saute it for a while. Add chopped onion also. Again saute it for a while.
3. Now add all spices and grinded tomatoes. Mix it nicely. Then all another ingredients. Give a good mix. When it will become little thick switch off the flame
METHOD OF STUFFING
1. Heat the pan and add butter and garlic. Saute for a while. Now add all chopped veggies and spices. Mix it nicely
2. Just cook it for a minute.
METHOD OF CHEESEY SAUCE.
1. Heat the pan and add butter and garlic. Stir it for a while. Now add flour. Saute for a minute
2. Now pour milk and mix it nicely. Add all another spices and cheese. Give a good mix
3. When it will become little thick switch off the flame

Assembling

1. Take the rolled puri. Put pizza sauce on the middle . Now put little portion of stuffing. Then add grated cheese.
2. Then fold it like gujiya shape. Press it nicely around the stuffing.
3. Sides should be open. Now heat the pan and add oil. Put the gujiya. Fry it in medium flame. Fry it in both sides.
4. When it will become little crunchy take out it from the heat.
5. It's ready to serve
6. Serve with cheesy sauce
