In a plate arrange wadas and pour guava flavoured curd generously. Sprinkle sone chilli powder and jeera powder with tamarind chutney.
Urad dal 2 cups soaked in water for 4 to 5 hours.
Green chillies 2
Jeera 1 tspn
Salt as per taste.
Combine all ingredients in mixer and grind into smooth paste with very little water.
Deep fry small wada in hot oil
Put fried wada in water for 2 to 3 minutes.
Press gently and remove excess water.
Guava flavoured Dahi
Curd 1/2 liter
Sugar 3 table spoon
Salt as per taste
Chat masala 1/2 tspn
Fab Green guava oil soluble essence 10 to 12 drops.
Whisk all ingredients together
