INGREDIENTS
For golgappa Semolina ( Suji) - 1 cup Maida - 2 tbsp Oil - 3tbsp Hot water - 1/4th cup Salt - pinch Ingredients for kheer Roasted bambino - 1cup Ghee - 2tbsp Milk - 1ltr Sugar - 1/2 cup Cardamom - 3 Fab butterscotch oil soluble essence - 1tsp Cashew - handfull Home made Butterscotch nuts - 2tbsp |
METHOD
Preparation of Golgappa:-
In a bowl take 1 cup suji, Maida, salt and oil and give crumble mix, then add hot water and knead dough for 5 mins and make it a soft dough and cover it with muslin cloth for 20mins . After 20mins knead again and make very small balls and roll uniformly and roll gentlly . Now heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry the small puris and when it turns golden and crispy take out and place the puri on tissue paper.
Preparation of kheer :-
First boil milk and keep aside. Now take a kadai add ghee and fry cashew till it turns golden colourand keep a side. Now in the same kadai roast the bambino till it changes the colour and add half glass of water so it boils in the water and becomes soft and now add boiled milk and stir it properly without getting lumps. Now add cardamom powder in it and keep bowiling till the bambino becomes soft and then add sugar, and fab butterscotch oil soluble essence and mix it again. The consistency of the kheer should be not thick nor loose and server the kheer adding dryfruits and butterscotch nuts.
Assembling
Now let the kheer cool down completely then take the golgappas and make a center hole and stuff kheer inside it and enjoy eating crispy and yummy golgappa kheer.
