These prawns are an instant weekend dish.

INGREDIENTS
500gm prawns, peeled
10 to 12 garlic cloves
50gm butter (salted/unsalted any)
1tsp fresh lemon juice
1tsp salt
1/2tsp black pepper /chilli flakes
1/2 cup chopped coriander
2tbsp oil (olive oil preferred)
1/4tsp Fab Rum essence.
2tbsp any Rum (optional)
METHOD

1. Heat oil and butter on low heat. Add crushed garlic and saute for one min.
2. Raise the heat to medium high and add the prawns, Season with salt and pepper. Cook and 2..4 mins.
3. Add lemon juice, half of the coriander and Rum (optional) cook for 2..3..mins.
4. Add Fab Rum essence and butter and stir to coat.
5. Served with the other half of chopped coriander and green salad...--

Assembling

Take medium plate and serve the prawns with green salad
