INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS FOR THE PAPDI Wholewheat flour-1/2 cup Maida-1/2 cup Apyura Nathkat Chatpat-2tbsp Olive oil- 2tbsp Salt-1tsp Carom seeds -1tsp Kapoor methi-1tbsp Chilli powder -1tbsp FOR THE GUAVA CHUTNEY Medium ripe guavas -2 Ginger-1/2 inch Coriander leaves-1/4th cup White salt-1/2 tsp Black salt1/2tsp Roasted cumin powder -1 tsp Lemon juice -1/2tbsp Fab premium green guava essence- 1/2tsp MIXED FRUITS(Apple, Pomegranate, guava, fresh coconut ,moong sprouts) Curd Chatmasala Salt Honey. |

METHOD:
FOR THE PAPDI
1.Knead all the ingredients for the papdi with the help of water to a smooth and tight dough.
2.Rest for 30 mins.
3.Roll the dough into a thin chapati ,prick with the help of fork and cut into small circles with the help of a cookie cutter.
4.Bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 mins.
FOR GUAVA CHUTNEY
Mix all the ingredients except the essence and blend it to a smooth paste using little water.
Now mix Fab premium green guava essence .
Finely chop all the fruits and mix 2 tbsp of chutney to the mixture, you can increase according to your taste.
Make a curd mixture using fresh curd,chat masala and salt.
Keep that aside.
Assembling
Now for assembling, place the papdi on the serving plate ,put little curd,mixed fruits and drizzle honey over the papdis.

You can any type of fruits of your choice and you can use date chutney instead of honey.
