Short Recipe Description

Filter kappi (coffee) brownies milkshake
Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients
3/4 cup maida
¾ cup powdered sugar
2 tb. Spoon Apyura filter coffee spread
¾ cup chocolate chips or chopped
½ cup oil or butter
½ cup thick curd
½ t sp baking powder
1 t sp fab white vanilla ess.
Pinch of salt
Milkshake Base
70 GM's pounded ice
120 ml chilled milk
50 ml whipped cream
2 tb. Sp. Apyura filter coffee spread
70 gm brownies
Assembly
2 tb .Sp. chocolate whipped cream
1 t. Sp. Apyura filter coffee spread + 2 t. Sp milk
1 straw
2 brownies.
Method
For Brownies
Melt chocolate and butter/oil.
Sieve maida, sugar and baking powder.
Add curd to chocolate mixture, add salt and vanilla ess.
Prepare ,dust and line the pan.
Slowly add and mix dry ingredients , add coffee concoction.
Pour the batter to the prepared pan.
Bake at 180*c for 30 minutes.
MilkShake
In a mixer jar mix milk , whipped cream , ice ,filter coffee spread, brownies.
Pulse it till frothy.
Assembly
Creat Random swirls with filter coffee spread. Fill the glass/jar with milkshake to the rim. Make whipped cream swirls . Drizzle coffee spread over it.
Take a straw, insert 2-3 brownies in it.
Top the jar with straw.. enjoy
