INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry sheet - ½ kg
Oil/butter/ghee - 1 tblsp
Keema/Paneer/Chicken /Mushrooms - 250 gms
Finely chopped onion, capsicum and tomatoes - 100 gms each
Fab Premium Oil Soluble Zaatar flavour - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Bell peppers - for topping
Mozzarella Cheese - for topping
Coriander leaves - for garnishing
METHOD

- In a heavy bottomed pan heat oil and add chopped onions, saute till it becomes transparent.
- Add chopped tomatoes.
- Add keema/paneer/boneless chicken pieces/mushrooms and cook till its done.
- Add red chilly powder, garam masala and salt.
- Mix well and add Fab Premium Oil Soluble Zaatar flavour.
- Keep this topping aside.
- Preheat oven at 180 °C.
- Roll puff pastry sheet in your desired shape.
- I like it in rectangular shape as it gives nice slices perfect to go with beverages/drinks.
- Keep this rolled sheet in a baking dish/pizza dish/tray.
- Mark cuts with a fork to prevent puffing from centre.
- Brush it with egg wash.
- Bake it for five minutes.
- Put the ready keema mix on it and top it with grated cheese and chopped bell peppers.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Bake it till its brown/cheese is melted.
- Cut clean slices and serve hot.
