INGREDIENTS
1 big Boiled Potato, 1 greated carrot, 1 chopped tomato, 1 onion, 1tsp Panch phoron for tadka, Oil, Some quantity of green peas, Some small pieces of cauliflower, 2 tbsp Green chilli n genger paste, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp fried cumin powder, Salt according to taste, Chopped coriander leaves, Chopped mint leaves, Cucumber, 1/2 tbsp Fab flavours cardamom, 1 slice of cheese, 2 Cup of Bread crumbs, 1 Cup of sweet curd, 1/2 cup of green chutney, 1/2 Cup of red tamarind chutney, 1/2 Cup of Bhujia, 1 tbsp Amchur Powder, 1 tbsp Chaat masala. 3 tbsp maida, 1/2 tbsp cornflour. |
METHOD
Make panch phoron: 1 tbsp cumin seeds, Add 1 tbsp mustard seeds, Add 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds, Add 1 tbsp fennel seeds, Add 1 tbsp nigella seeds (kalonji).
�'�1st step:Take a kadai and put 1 tbs oil under low flame. Add panch phoron make it fry till become golden brown, then add pieces of cauliflower, green peas, tomatoes, grated carrot and fry till cook. Then add boil potatoes, zinger and green chili paste, FAB Flavours Cardamom, salt to taste, turmeric powder, amchur Powder, chat masala, fried jeera powder, chopped coriander n mint leaves. Mix well under low flame.
�'�2nd step: take a bowl put maida with cornflour and make a thick batter, keep aside.
�'�3rd step: Add 3tbs breadcrumbs with cooked vegetable. Make two layers of heart shaped cutlet and put 1 cheese slice in between the layers, close well from all sides. Then dip these cutlet prices into maida-conrflour batter and then coat with breadcrumbs. Keep these cutlets rest in freeze for 30mins.
�'�4 th step: comeout these cutlets from freeze and deep fry under medium flame.
�'�5th step: Take one pice of cutlet in a plate. Add sweet curd, green chutney, red tamarind chutney, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped cocumbe, bhujiya, chatmasala, amchur Powder on the cutlet.
