INGREDIENTS
⭐ One cup refined flour+ for dusting ⭐ 3tbsp powder sugar ⭐ 3tbsp desi ghee ⭐ Apyura elaichi flavour paste ✨FOR STUFFING ✨ ✨ 1 cup khoya ✨1,1/2 tbsp ghee ✨ 1/2 cup cashew nuts chopped ✨1/2cup pistachio chopped ✨1/2cup almonds chopped ✨6,7 walnuts chopped ✨2tbsp thandai masala ✨1/2cup dates ✨1/2cup dried figs ✨1tbsp Apyura elachi flavour paste FOR RABRI �'�1lt milk �'�1/2milkpd �'�1tsp fab paan flavour �'�Pinch of green colour �'�3/4 cup sugar |
METHOD
1. For the pastry add refined flour 3 tbsp powder sugar and ghee in a large bowl,also add Apyura elachi paste. Rub the mixture with your fingertips till it resemble bread crumbs
2. Add 3-2 tbsp water and mix well to form stiff dough
3. Preheat the oven at 180°/
4. Meanwhile, for a filling heat ghee in a non stick pan add Pistachu nuts, almond , cashew nuts, walnuts.
5. Roast the nuts for 5 min or till frangrant constantly mixing, transfer to bowl .
6. In the same pan,add dates and figs,saute well for 3-4 min .add 1/4 tsp Cardamom paste and thandai masala mix well transfer into the same bowl set aside
7. In a same pen add a khoya and saute for few minutes . Take it off the heat and transfer to the same bowl. Mix till well combine and allow to cool.
8. Dust the worktop with flour place the prepared dough on it and flatten it . Roll it evenly into a sheet large enough to cover the tart shell
9. Lift the prepared sheet using rolling pin and place it on the tart mould. Press it to the bottom and side to cover the entire tart shell
10. Cut off the extra dough hanging from the sides .place the butter 🧈 paper in the centre of the tart shell and stuff with dried beans .
11. Bake it for 15 minutes and take it out to the oven. Discard the beans and de mould the tart .
Allow to cool slightly.
12. Add the prepare filling in the cavity of the tart, press it gently to flatten the top. Place that tart on backing tray and place back in the oven
13. Bake 5-7 minutes . Take it out of the oven.
14. Transfer to a serving plate . Dust powder sugar on top and garnish with silver wraq and serve it .
15. Now prepare rabri by boiling milk and milk powder in a pan start boiling till it reduced to half ,now add sugar and when it start thickned then switch off the flame. Cool it.
16 Now add fab paan flavoured essence and pinch of green colour. And served it with tart .
