Short Recipe Description

Thanks a lot to Hema Chhabra Mam and Gurnish Singh Chhabra Sir and FAB family and flovours. This Platform gives us homebakers to show case our talent and gives us confidence too. I have used RUM oil based essence in my recipe ofcourse to give a twist to the tart .It is a healthy version of a tart with simple ingredients .I am sure each and every age of people will love this tarts.I have been following Chaitali Deshmukh since a long time .

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour : 1and 1/4 cup
Salted Butter : 1/2 cup
Castor sugar : 1/2 cup
FOR LEMON CURD
Sugar : 85 gm
Water : 90 ml
Milk : 90ml
Lemon juice : 6 tbsp
Lemon zest : 1tsp
Corn flour : 30gm
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Butter : 20 gm
Yellow food color as desired
Few drops of Rum oil flovour
METHOD

Mix all purpose flour with butter and sugar ,take a 6x6 inc tray ,line the tray with parchment paper ,put the mixture in the tray and even it out and bake at 180'C for 20min or until you can see golden colour .
In a sauce pan put water ,milk ,butter ,sugar ,lemon juice, lemon zest ,corn flour ,colour and Flovour and salt all the above ingredients, put on a medium to low heat and stir till it's well cooked ,pour this batter on the baked tray when it's hot and even it out..Put it in the freezer for about 20/30 min and the cut into desired shape. Enjoy
