INGREDIENTS

100 gm maida 40 gm butter 40 gm ghee 100 ml milk 100 gm condensed milk 1 TSP key lime zest 1/2 TSP baking soda 1/2 TSP baking powder 50 gm powder sugar 1/2 cup desicated coconut 1 TSP key lime Fab premium flavour |
METHOD
1) bowl in condensed milk , butter & ghee well mix
2) then add the milk and key lime Fab Flavour mix
3) mix a bowl flour +key lime zest + baking powder+ baking soda + desicated coconut + sugar
4)dry ingredients mix wet ingredients mix very well...no overmix ...
5 ) scoop the mixture in to mould
6 ) bake it at 160 degree 20min
Assembling
Garinsh with some key lime piece and coconut
