Every year, on mother's day I am with my mom...This year I can't go to her and taste food prepared by her.. So I thought to teach my children few things that they can also cherish these memories for life time.
1/2cup- Caster sugar
3-4drops-Fab Coffee Essence
2-3drops-Fab coffee essence
For garnishing salted peanuts & cocoa powder
▪️Preheat oven to 180°c.
▪️In a food processor,combine crust Ingredients & pulse to combine.
▪️Chill the dough in the fridge for 5mins.
▪️Roll dough into a large rectangle.cut out the circle,lift the dough circle &place them on the inside of each tart mould.
▪️Bake for 20mins until crust is golden brown.let it cool while you are preparing the fillings.
▪️Add all the ingredients into a saucepan,cook on a medium heat.stirring constantly,let simmer for 1min.Turn off the heat & allow mixture to cool slightly.
▪️Pour chocolate coffee filling over the tart chill in the fridge to set.
▪️Garnish with some salted peanuts & cocoa powder.
