Short Recipe Description

Ingredients
1 small tin milkmaid
2 cups flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
150 g butter
Few drops of fab oil soluble butterscotch essence
1cup aerated soda
• in a bowl, soft together flour ,baking powder and baking soda
• cream butter and mix in milkmaid. Alternatively fold in flour and soda water and add fab oil soluble butterscotch essence
• spoon into the cupcake mould and bake at 180 deg oven for 20 mins
• Decorate with whipcream
