INGREDIENTS
For Dhokla Batter
½ cup rice (soaked overnight)
½ cup urad dal (soaked overnight)
½ cup yogurt
For Dhokla Sushi
¾ cup Dhokla Batter
½ tsp Fruit Salt
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
4 tsp Coconut (grated)
1 tsp Oil
10 strips of yellow capsicum
10 strips of green capsicum
¼ tsp Fab Masala Bread Premium Oil Soluble Flavour
Some shredded red capsicum
For Red garlic chutney
2 tbsp oil
A pinch of asafoetida
2 tsp urad dal
4 Dry red chillies
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
6 cloves garlic
A small piece of ginger
1 cup diced onions
2 green chillies
2 cup diced tomatoes
1 tbsp tamarind pulp
Few curry leaves
Salt as per taste
¼ tsp Fab Cheddar Cheese Premium Oil Soluble Flavour
For cheesy dip
2 cubes cheese (grated)
1 tsp milk powder
¼ tsp full cream milk
12 gm Salted butter (Cold)
6-7 drops Fab Chilli Extract
METHOD

For Dhokla Sushi
• Add salt, fruit salt, oil and Fab Masala Bread premium oil soluble flavour in bowl and mix well.
• Pour 1/3 of the batter in the greased plate spread it evenly.
• Steam it in Dhokla maker for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside.
• Cool slightly, loosen the edges and remove using a flat steel ladle. Keep aside
• Place a clink film on a flat surface, brush it with little oil and sprinkle sesame seeds and grated coconut.
• Place one dhokla sheet over it and spread red garlic chutney evenly.
• Place shredded red cabbage, yellow capsicum strips and green capsicum strips over lapping each other on one side
• Roll it very tightly and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
• Place the rolled Dhokla Sushi on a clean dry surface and cut it into equal portions using a sharp knife.
• Serve it with cheesy dip.
For Dhokla Batter
• Grind together rice and urad dal with ½ cup water in a mixer to a smooth and thick batter. Transfer into a bowl.
• Add yogurt and whisk. Cover with a lid and keep in a warm place to ferment for 5-6 hours.
For Red Garlic Chutney
• Heat oil in a pan.
• Add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal.
• Roast urad dal until it gets aromatic.
• Add dry red chillies, garlic and ginger. Sauté it.
• Add few curry leaves, diced onions and green chillies.
• Cook it for 5 minutes to remove its rawness.
• Add tomatoes and salt.
• Cook it for 10 min or till it gets mashy.
• Add tamarind pulp and cook for 4-5 min.
• Cool it and grind it.
• Add Fab Cheddar Cheese premium oil soluble flavour.
For cheesy dip
• Put all ingredients in a bowl and melt in double boiler.
• Mix it properly. Cook for 2 min. keep the mixture slightly liquid.
• Add Fab Chilli Extract. Mix it properly.
• Cheesy dip is ready
