Short Recipe Description

🥀🥀🥀🥀Mahalabia (also known as Muhallebi) is a creamy Middle Eastern milk pudding garnished with nuts, rose petals and/or a sugar syrup. It requires only a few ingredients which are cornflour / cornstarch, milk, sugar and flavorings of choice.So,I add my choice of flavors, Indian Desi Paan flavor and Indian Desi Thandai flavor.

🌹🌹INGREDIENTS:
1.Milk-1cup
2.Corn flour-2tsp
3.Thick cream-2tsp
4.Sugar-1/2cup
5.Rose water-1tsp
6. Fab rose Flavor
7.kesar thread dip in milk
8.Apyura Kesar mastani premium spread-1tsp
9.Thandai Powder-1 tsp
10.Rose petals
11.Cardamom powder
12.Pistacchio
13.Almonds
METHOD

First boil the milk.Add rose water,sugar,cream,paan flavor and mix well.Make mixture of corn flour and 4 tsp milk in another bowl and then add this mixture in milk.Stir well till thick consistency. Add crushed beetle leaf,mukhwaas, Tutti fruity,rose petals. Refrigerate it.
Serve delicious,chilled Paan Flavored Mahalabia ,garnish with gulkand,mukhwaas, rose petals...njoy.

First boil the milk,add cream,sugar,rose water,cardamom powder, kesar mastani spread,rose essence, kesar milk,thandai powder and mix well .Add cornflour and milk in a bowl and then add this into in milk.Stir well till thick consistency. Then refrigerate it.
