INGREDIENTS

METHOD

Ingredients
Method
1)In a bowl add all dry ingredients
ie whole wheat flour ,baking powder, baking soda,salt ,caster sugar seive all once
Mix nicely add butter and water to make a dough add vanilla essences too I HV used approx 2tbsp water here
2) after making the dough keep it in d fridge for an hour after this take it out and let it rest for 15min this will help you to roll the dough easily
3) roll the dough and cut as a desired shape I HV cut in rectangular shape poke it from the fork on the cut dough
4) place the parchment paper in d tray or you can use mat too place the biscuits on d try
5)pre heat the oven @180degree for 10min
6) place the tray and increase the temperature to 190degree and bake for 15 to 18min untill the biscuits are baked nice crisp after baking transfer it on d cooling rack by the time it's getting chilled let's make centre filling

Method
Whisk butter untill fluffy add cream cheese n whisk again next add natkhat chatpat and whisk
After this fill in d piping bag
By now the crackers HV been cool down
Pipe the filling on one side and place another one on top
