6- CORN FLOUR - 3 TBSP
7- BREAD CRUMBS - 1 CUP
8- MIXED HERBS - ¼ TSP

11- THICK WHITE SAUCE - 1/4 CUP

CREAMY JALAPENO DIP

1- HUNG CURD - ½ CUP
2- FRESH CREAM - ¼ CUP
3- MAYONNAISE - ¼ CUP
4- CHOPPED CORIANDER - ¼ CUP
5- SALT TO TASTE -
6- FAB PREMIUM OIL SOLUBLE SWEET HONEY AND JALAPENO FLAVOURS - 3-4 DROPS
METHOD

1- TAKE A BOWL.
2- ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BREAD CRUMBS AND 1 TBSP CORN FLOUR.
3- MAKE THIN SLURRY WITH 1 TBSP OF CORN FLOUR AND WATER.
4- NOW MAKE MEDIUM BALLS OF PASTA MIXTURE.
5- HEAT OIL IN PAN.
6- NOW DIP BALLS IN CORNFLOUR SLURRY AND THEN ROLL IN FRESH BREAD CRUMBS AND DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
7- SERVE HOT WITH CREAMY JALAPENO DIP.

CREAMY JALAPENO DIP

1- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND BLEND WITH BLENDER OR MIXER.
2- SERVE .
