Short Recipe Description
My Mom and Me are Die Hard Cola Fans so here it is presenting Cola Ice Cream. Now this summer you can Eat the cola too. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

Coca Cola - 1/2 ltr. Condensed Milk- 1/4th Can Whipping Cream - 1 cup Cola essence - 4 - 5 drops |
METHOD
1)Pour 1=l/2 ltr cola in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
2) Boil the Coke until most of the water evaporates and it starts to resembke a syrup consistency. (20-30 mins)
3)while its still hit combine the coke syrup with condensed milk and mix well.
Now let the mixture cool down a bit.
4) whip the cream untill almost firm peaks.
5) now slowly pour the slughtly cooled condensed milk and cola mixture to the whipped cream.
6) Add a few drops of cola essence and whip the entire mixture untill well mixed.
Fold through the mixture well to ensure even distribution and removing excess air from the cream.
Transfer the mixture to an Air Tight Container. (Place a cling film sheet touching the icream surface )
Freeze the mixture for 6-8 hrs.
Scoop out and Enjoy the Ice Cream .
