My first creation is Coconut Mint rice..Here i have used Fab premium oil soluble Coconut Essence. Just a couple of drops took this rice to another level..before joining this group.i never realised that essence can b used thus too..

INGREDIENTS

Basmati rice 2 cups Maggie coconut milk powder 2_3 tbsp 4 cups water Dried mint leaves crushed..1 tbsp fr rice and 1 tbsp fr garnishing Fab premium oil soluble coconut essence just 2 drops Ghee |
METHOD
Take ghee in a pan.when hot add in the washed rice and give it a good fry till ghee coats the rice.. add in 1 tbsp crushed mint.stir nicely.now blend in the coconut powder in the said water and pour it into the pan.add in Salt.. coconut essence..cover and cook.when done.add in the remaining mint..
Real easy and the aroma will linger on
