Ingredients for Eggless coconut Mawa Cake Recipe
Refined flour (maida) 1 1/2 cups
Mawa (khoya) crumbled 1or2 table spoons
Butter softened 3/4 cup
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Milk powder 2/3 tablespoons
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Soda bicarbonate 1 teaspoon
Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
Buttermilk /curd 1 cup (preferably curd)
Milk 2 tablespon
1/4 tsp #fab almond flavor

METHOD

#FFF #ApyuraSpreads #FabFlavours #CelebratingAugust #Freckles Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease moulds apyura
Take butter and powdered sugar and curd in a bowl and whip together till light. Sieve milk powder into the bowl and continue to mix. Add mawa and mix again.
Step 2
Sieve refined flour, baking powder, soda bicarbonate and green cardamom powder into the bowl and mix. If the batter is still thick add a little milk and mix. Add chopped pista n almond pieces (keep little aside for garnishing the top)
Step 3
Pour into the greased moulds sprinkle chopped pista badam on top.. Tap the moulds lightly to even the batter. Place them in the preheated bake at 170°C for nearly 45 minutes.(depends from oven to oven)

Assembling

used apyura pista spread on assembling then apply whipped cream and sprinke coconut on it
