Pining for something sweet, tart and savoury all at once? Go ahead and make this classic elixir vouched by folks of yore generations over. Made from a fruit standing tall, armoured in green and gold with a crown to match its sweet and tangy pulp cooked with a medley of spices and Apyura Natkhat Chatpat Premium Spread makes it truly enticing.
Pineapple - 1 big
Sugar - 1 Cups
Chilli powder - ¾ tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¾ tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 2 Tbsp
Apyura Natkhat Chatpat Premium spread - 2 Tbsp
Fab Fresh Pineapple - ¼ tsp
• Take a pan, add chopped pineapple, 1.5 cups water, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
• When it is partially cooked, add sugar and cook till soft.
• Add roasted cumin powder, pepper, Fab Fresh Pineapple and Apyura Natkhat Chatpat Premium Spread.
• Puree the panna.
• Transfer into a dry bottle.
• Dilute with water before drinking and garnish with ice cubes and mint leaves.
