INGREDIENTS
Ingrediants for Chowmein
For boiling noodles..
Noodles : 250 Gm
Water : as required
Oil : 2 Tsp
For Sauce
Corn flour : 1 Tsp
Chilli powder : 1/2 Tsp
Cumin powder : 1 Tsp
Salt : 1/4 Tsp
Coriander powder : 1/2 Tsp
Sugar : 1 Tsp
Soya Sauce : 2 Tsp
Vinegar : 2 Tsp
Oil : 2 Tsp
Pepper powder : 1/4 Tsp
For Chowmein
Onion sliced : 1/2 Cup
Capcicum sliced : 1/4 Cup
Cabbage shredded: 1/4 Cup
Carrot julienne : 1/2 Cup
Ginger chopped : 1 Tsp
Oil : 2 Tbsp

Mint Rava Masala Idli...
Ingrediants
Rava/Sooji : 2 Cup
Curd : 1 Cup
Water : as required
Salt : 1/4 Tsp
Red chilli powder : 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2 Tsp
Fab Mint Flavour : 2 to 3 Drop
Oil : 1 Tsp
Rai : 1 Tsp
Chana Dal : 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice : 1 Tsp
Sugar: 1 Tsp
Eno : 1 Tsp
FOR MASALA IDLI
Oil : 2 Tbsp
Rai : 1 Tsp
Curry leaves : 8 to 10
Sambhar Masala : 2 Tbsp
METHOD

In a vessel take water and add oil. Boil it. Now add Noodles. Boil for 3 minutes . Separate the noodles and drain the water. Rinse it with cold water and place it plate.
Now in a bowl take Cornflour, chilli powder, Cumin powder, coriander powder and mix it well. Now add sugar, soya sauce, vinegar and salt. Mix it properly. Now add oil and pepper powder and mix it well. Now chowmein Sauce is ready.
Now in a pan heat oil add garlic and saute it. Now add onion and saute it. Add Capcicum, cabbage and carrot and saute it properly.
Now pour the chowmein Sauce and stir it.
Add boiled noodles and mix it properly.

Take Rava in a bowl. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and mix it. Now add curd and mix. Add water as required and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
Now add sugar, lemon juice and mix. Add water if needed. Now add Fab Mint Flavour
Now heat oil in a small pan, prepare the tempering of mustard, gram dal. And mix it in the idli batter. Now add eno and mix it well.
Now put the idli batter in a idli stand and steam it for 15 minutes. Make all the idlis like this.
Now heat oil in a pan. And add mustard seeds , curry leaves and sambar masala and cut idli in to any shape and mix it in this spice.
Instant Rava Masala Idli is ready to serve. Serve it with sauce or chutney.

Assembling

Cut the idli into desire shape and roll it with noodles.
Now in a serving plate spread layer of chowmein and than place rolled idli.
Serve it with sauce...
Garnish it with Broccoli etc...
