INGREDIENTS
1.5 cup jaggery ¼ cup water ¼ tsp cardamom powder ½ cup Roasted White Sesame 2 tbsp desi ghee 1 tbsp apyura choco mint spread 1 tbsp apyura banarasi paan spread 4 drops fab oil soluble paan essence 2 tbsp Melted dark chocolate |
METHOD
In a pan add jaggery, water & cardamom powder. Mix it & give a boil. Now grease a plate with ghee. Spread jaggery syrup on it & stretch with greased palm & put together. Repeat stretch it. Make a dough form & coat the dough with roasted sesame. Now roll the dough with rolling pin evenly with ½ cm thickness. Now cout the rectangular pieces and fold it like a pipe. And keep aside at room temprature. In a bowl add apyura choco mint spread, banarasi paan spread, paan essence & melted dark chocolate. Mix well and fill the mixture in piping bag. Now take a gajak roll and fill the choco paan mixture in a gajak roll with the help of piping bag. Now our yummy & delicious Choco Paan Gajak Roll is ready to enjoy. Happy winters😊
