INGREDIENTS
Rice Flour 1 cup
Full cream Milk 1 litre
Pinch of salt
Date Jaggery 50gm (winter special)
Sugar 1/4 cup
Apyura Caramel Brownie spread
Warm water for kneading
METHOD

1. First mix rice flour with pinch of salt . Then add warm water gradually to rice flour and start to knead it properly to make a dough.

2. Make small balls and flatten on palm and fill the Apyura Caramel Brownie spread in it, then close the edges and give shape like gujiya.

3. Then keep it for steam for approx 15 to 20 minutes untill it is cooked.

Gravy preparation...

4. Keep milk for boiling on flame then add the steamed rice gujiyas in it and keep for boiling.

5. Once the rice gujiyas properly soften, add sugar and jaggery and let it boil for another 3 to 5 minutes..

6.Then once done turn off the flame and its Ready.....It tastes really yummy
