INGREDIENTS
For Cheena/paneer Milk - 1 lt.( cow milk) Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp Lemon juice - 2tbsp Water - cup For Sugar syrup Sugar - 1 cup Water - 2 cup For Rubdi Milk - 1 lt.( Full cream) Sugar - 1/2 cup Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp Dry nuts - according to taste Cardamom powder - 1tspn Fab rasmalai essence - 2-3 drops |
METHOD
For paneer balls-
Firstly boil milk.add lemon juice and still till milk curdels completely.drain the curdled milk and squeeze of excess water.after 30 min.start to need the paneer for 10 min.then add cocoa powder make small balls and flatten.keep aside.
For Sugar syrup-
Take sugar and water.boil the syrup for 10 min.after that drop the prepared paneer balls.cover and boil the 15 Min.then squeeze of sugar syrup.
For rabdi-
Take a milk.boil milk.once a layer of cream is formed over the milk stick it to side of vessel.repeat the process for atleast 5 times or till milk reduce to one third.add sugar, fab rasmalai essence,cardmom powder and cocoa powder.give a good mix and get to boil.also scrape off the collected cream from sides and give a good stir.further refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
For chocolate rasmalai-
Pour the chilled rabdi over the sequeezed the choclate paneer balls and garnish with pistachio,sugar caremal and cheery.enjoy sweet dessert😊
