INGREDIENTS
For Boiling Noodles 1 packs Noodles 2 ltr Waterโ 2 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp Oil For Chow Mein 2 tbsp Oil 2 medium Onions - sliced 5-6 cloves Garlic - chopped 1 inch Ginger - chopped 1 medium Capsicum - julienned ยฝ medium Cabbage - shredded Boiled Noodles ยผ tsp Soya Sauce Spring Onions For Sauces Mixture 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tsp Red tomato Sauce Few drops of FAB (Chilli essence) 1 tsp Soya Sauce ยฝ tsp Powdered Sugar For Powdered Spices ยฝ tsp Garam Masala |
METHOD
Take lil amount of oil n saute all veggies n add all sauces n powedered masala salt n mix altogether n add boil noodles in it.
Method
Take bread slices n spread red chutney over it n put Chowmien filling on it n press another slice of bread on it. N keep aside
For pakoda batter
1cup besan
1/2 tspn ajwain
1/2 tspn red chilli powder
1/4 tspn haldi
2 tblspn rice flour or cornstarch
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients n add water to make a thick batter n keep aside.
For frying
Take oil in wok heat it in medium flame n dip the stuffed bread in batter n put in oil n deep fry it until it becomes done.
N now Your Crispy "Chinese Bread Pakoda" is ready to serve ๐๐๐๐
