INGREDIENTS
�'Rolled oats - 1 cup
�'Chopped nuts (almonds, cashews) - 1/2 cup
�'Flax seeds - 1 tbsp
�'Chia seeds - 1 tbsp
�'Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsp
�'Tahini - 2 tbsp
�'Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
�'Coconut sugar - 4 tbsp
�'Ground sea salt - 1/4 tsp
�'Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
�'Fab Natural Chilly extract - 1/2 tsp
�'Desiccated coconut - 2 tbsp
�'Dark chocolate chips - 1/4 cup
METHOD

�"Line a baking tray with parchment paper
�"Preheat oven at 150⁰C
�"In a bowl take rolled oats, chopped nuts, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds
�"Melt coconut oil in a saucepan. Switch off flame and add coconut sugar, cocoa powder, tahini & sea salt. Mix well and add it the oats bowl
�"Now add Chilly extract & mix everything well and transfer it to the baking tray
�"Bake it at 150⁰C for 20 mins
�"Take out the tray, mix everything, add desiccated coconut, mix again and bake for another 10 mins

Assembling

�"Remove from oven and let it cool down. Add the choco chips, mix well and store in an air tight jar

Baker Tips/Notes

�'Replace tahini with any nut or seed butter.
�'I have used vegan dark chocolate chips in the recipe to make it vegan. You may use any.
�'You may also use a tbsp maple syrup if you want or may replace the maple syrup with honey as well.
